Mantra Meditation Events 4/28 and 4/29 in Santa Fe

A good friend of mine, River is joining all the way from Santa Barbara to Santa Fe to lead a beautiful practice with me. We will be at SF Community Yoga to get to know ourselves better through self inquiry, to learn the authentic spiritual practices and teachings of the East to improve our daily lives, and to melt away all our worries while being taken on a magical sound healing journey.


All while being in the company of like minded and hearted individuals with

delicious snacks and tea to share after all is said and done.


The beauty about mantra meditation is that the technique is so simple and easy that anyone can do it, young, old, and everyone in between.It brings the mind to a serene state of tranquility allowing each person to experience a break from all the noise of daily life where we are constantly bombarded with distractions vying for our attention.


This practice has helped millions of people's find more peace in their lives and it will change the lives of those who incorporate it into their daily routine as they will experience a level of peace that they never thought was possible. No prior experience necessary.

Flowing River studies under the tutelage of Bahadur Singh Ji and the Sangat of the Divine Light. Bahadur Singh Ji is a 4th generational spiritualist that spent 35 years in the service to His Holiness the late Sant Baba Jaswant Singh Ji Khalsa.  The foundational teachings are based in the scriptures of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The Sangat of the Divine Light is a lineage of Oneness in diversity, nurtured in the soil of humbleness, love, and compassion for all.


Natasha has a gift for deeply understanding and identifying pain points. Her philosophy is, "I will support you as you lead yourself to a deeper part of your heart." She creates guided navigation strategies that have the intention to deepen one's relationship to self-compassion, empathy, and the human experience in a way that feels genuine and safe to each individual. She has been facilitating for 8 years and is continuing to create spaces of awareness and invites action and integration into life from the practice.
