ZOOM LINK FOR CLASS 811-711-6292 A designated time to wind down the day with reflection, community, and practice. After a short intro, we will dive into a 30-min guided practice floating up with community discussion and strategy with a workshop designed to connect you to your capacity and action step. It’s been a beautiful community that has been showing up. It’s open to everyone, different levels, and backgrounds. The only thing I ask is that you come with an open heart. There is no requirement to share but an opportunity to connect the community and listen as well. We will dive into a 30-minute practice. After, we will float up to a reflective space to create strategy, followed with a community discussion to support your next action step in this moment. Prep Instructions: -Music: Here are a few playlists that you can use to support you. Music is optional, but if you can set it up beforehand. - Notebook/Piece of paper to strategize/brainstorm with. - Create a designated space to relax into. Once I introduce myself and offer a few tips, I will invite you to turn off your camera and audio for the meditation portion. Afterwards, we will come back into the community where then it will be interactive. Sharing is optional. If you chose not to share, the invitation is to listen.
